At Essencia Oils we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason our oils are not to the standard you expected, are not in perfect condition or you are sent the wrong product, we offer a full refund This is in addition to you statutory rights.
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the product for a returns number, stating the reason for the refund or replacement. Products must be returned to us within 14 days of the dispatch date.
Should you simply change your mind, we will issue a full refund if the product is returned to us within 14 days, unused and with all seals intact. Any cost of return postage will be bourn by you.
All refunds will be issued within 48 hours of us receiving the product. Monies will be returned to the card used in the original transaction. If you have not received all monies within 7 working days please contact us.
