Postage & Delivery
We know that postage costs can be excessive so we try and calculate ours to you by the total weight of your completed order and will be calculated when you go to check out. We will aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it, including weekends.
We check our online orders at the end of each day, so if you want to notify us of an urgent delivery request, please ring us and we will do our very best for you.
Usually, orders less than 2kg will generally be sent using Royal Mail first class post and orders over 2kg will be sent via courier.
To keep delivery costs as low as possible, we usually opt for delivery within 3-5 working days from dispatch date, but we can make exceptions if you need your order urgently, please just call us and we will do our best to help you. All orders are sent recorded delivery and in the rare occurrence that you don’t receive your order byt the date you expect, please contact us.
Just make sure you check all inputted personal and delivery details are correct before proceeding to payment…we can’t be responsible for mistakes on purchase and delivery details.
Collection in store
Refund & Returns
All refunds will be issued within 48 hours of us receiving the product. Monies will be returned to the card used in the original transaction. If you have not received all monies within 7 working days please contact us
