Terms & Conditions of sales.
Please read the below carefully as it contains conditions that you agree to be bound by if you continue to use the Essencia web site.
Essencia takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Essencia web site are correct at the time when the relevant information is placed onto Essencia web site. Although every effort is made to keep the Essencia web site as up to date as possible, the information appearing at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
We may not be able to process your order if the following occurs:

We may not be able to process your order if the following occurs:
- The product you ordered is discontinued or no longer available.
- Your credit card does not give authorisation for the payment of the purchase price. If the address that your credit card is registered to is not the same as the delivery address then any order over £50 will receive a courtesy email or phone call that will require a valid reply/response in order for the goods to be dispatched.
Order Cancellation
You may change your mind and cancel your order within FOURTEEN (14) working days after the day your goods were dispatched from us. If you choose to cancel your order we will refund:
a. the full purchase price
b. the delivery charges incurred in delivering the goods to you
Note: If you choose to cancel your order you will be expected to return the goods in your order to us in perfect condition. Essencia will NOT refund the return delivery charges (cost for returning goods to us) and if you fail to return goods to us we may charge you for the cost incurred in collecting them from you.
Damaged Or Fault Products and Incorrect Orders
You may exchange your goods or obtain a full refund if the goods in your order are damaged or faulty upon receipt, or if the goods you have received are not the goods you originally ordered. When returning damaged, faulty or incorrect orders we will refund the full purchase price & delivery charges (the cost for initial delivery to you) When exchanging damaged, faulty or incorrect orders we will Dispatch replacement items to you free of charge.
Prices
All prices on this site are in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 20% for customers residing within the European Union. Customers residing outside of the E.U. are not charged VAT.
Shipping & Handling
Postage is calculated according to the weight of the products in your order. See postage charge table (Link here).
It is your responsibility to check that the name, address and postcode details you have supplied are accurate and complete, since we are unable to offer any Refunds for orders either lost or delivered to the wrong address due to an error on your part.
Goods must be reported undelivered no more than 5 days after dispatch notification email in order to be eligible for a full refund or replacement goods.

Essencia reserve the right to decline an order if we have reasonable cause to believe it is for onward sale other than through channels approved in writing by Essencia.
